BoD- Part (III) Board Specifics – Disclosure and Transparency

Part (III) of this program is delivered over two days and aims to provide Board members and senior management with the principles of corporate governance and train them on the board’s role in information disclosure and transparency, succession planning process and procedures for key positions, the concept of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM), how to establish the proper internal audit and control procedures and inform directors of the roll and need for the audit committee.
