BoD- Part (II) Board Specifics – Practical Tools

Part (II) of this program, is delivered over two days and aims to train Board members and senior management on the role of the Board in the strategic management of the company, the CEO hiring process and evaluation of his/her performance, the importance of the external audit and how to interact with the external auditor and equip directors with tools to help them exercise reasonable and informed oversight over the financial performance of the company.
