Board Secretaries Training Program (In-Person Program)

Dates: February 12-13 & 16-17, 2025

This program aims to examine the responsibilities and purposes of the Board Secretary’s office and for the veteran secretary seeking a brush-up and update. The program covers a wide range of topics such as the role of board secretaries as a catalyst for governance, the foundations necessary for the job, how to manage board meetings and board dynamics, and how to assist with succession planning and board evaluation, etc. This program is designed for the existing and potential board secretaries, Corporate Governance officers of listed and non-listed companies from the public and private sector, family-owned businesses, and banks.
